I’m very keen to connect with you!
Together we can share, experience and explore. Being with others allows us growth, comfort & familiarity. We explore who we were, what has changed & the possibilities for who we are yet to be. There is hope & healing to be found in connecting.
Over the changing course of the Covid-19 global pandemic, along with professional networking groups, I have launched & facilitated multiple groups to offer support to my communities, in the form of a mini break & a social chat. The power of connecting, following the conversation threads down unlikely rabbit holes, opened supportive possibilities for those who aren’t able to meet in person due to geography, personal context or existing commitments. I do this because I believe that shared spaces can be places that allow a window into our stronger selves through sharing, being witnessed & heard.
In my personal life, I am notorious for the hosting of big pancake parties, summer BBQ, big brunches, & the connecting of my fave humans together to enable the answering of strange requests such as ‘do you someone who can explain to me this Eighteenth Century naval job description?’ (yes, I do!). I’m also a keen co-worker, enthusiastic about its inclusive potential for supporting those with a diversity of geography or personal capacity context.

Bringing my many years of experience hosting circle spaces for personal development, enhancing spiritual connection, intuitive exploration & community, I am excited to launch these groups in a new format with the added trauma literacy, professional boundaries & hearty mix of giggles for which my events are known.

Home Herbalism
It can be confusing or overwhelming knowing where to start in accessing Herbal Medicine at first glance. Home Herbalism are Hireth-focused fun, hands-on sessions to enable you to make appropriate choices for your own herbal formulations, within a safe, considered context.
These sessions are designed to enable you to build upon your knowledge of herbalism to apply at home, enhance your intuitive practice using herbs, increase your plant awareness, & deepen your connection to sustainable, ethical herb use.
